Ingredients 1 big Yam (White or Fragrant Rice is also OK) 1 tbsp garlic powder 3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes 1 pinch of chicken salt 1 tbsp sesame
Method 1. Peel the yam and slice them into sticks 2. bake at about 180C for about 45 minutes 3. Sprinkle seasoning to taste on the yam sticks
