Fried Turnip and Carrot Recipe |

Some Nutritional Facts: Turnip is from the cruciferous vegetable family. It is full of vitamin C and also has detoxifying cancer causing effect especially for cancer patients. Turnips are a good source of calcium and iron.
Ingredients 1/2 turnip grated 6 medium size shrimp peeled and uncooked 2 carrots grated 1 onion chopped 2 tbsp oil
Method 1. heat up your pan and put in the onion and slowly saute the onions until golden in color. Add the shrimp in and lightly fry it. 2. Add the grated turnip and carrot into the pan and fry it on slow fire until the fragrance of the turnip is noticeable.
