Tofu Sandwich Recipe |

Some Nutritional Facts: Tofu is very high in protein and is easy to digest. This will give variety to your boring sandwiches. This is a ten minute cooking recipe. Simple yet packed with goodness and delicious.
Ingredients 4 pieces of whole meal bread 1/2 silken tofu 1 tbsp corn flour 1 tsp of chicken stock granules 2 tbst oil 4 slices of cucumber 4 slices of tomato 4 leaves of lettuce
Method 1. mix the corn flour and the chicken stock granules. Cut the tofu into 4 slices about 1 cm thick. 2. Dip the tofu into the corn flour mixture. Put it in the fridge for half an hour. 3. Fry the battered tofu and let it cool down. 4. Spread the whole meal bread with a bit of oil, put in the tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce and tofu.
