Tofu with Prawn Filling |

Some Nutritional Facts: Have to be careful with shell type seafood. While they are very prominent in many asian cooking, there are people who are would have allergic reaction to prawns or shrimps. If you are confident that your toddler is not allergic to seafood, this is an excellent recipe.
Ingredients 1 piece of Silken Tofu 5g of prawns shelled and blended 1 tbsp sesame oil 20g of turnip blended 1 tbsp light soy sauce
Method 1. Cut the silken tofu diagonally. For each of the two piece, make a slit in the middle of the tofu. 2. mix the blended prawns and turnip with the sesame oil and the soy sauce. 3. Stuff between the tofu 4. Steam for 10 mins. |
