Stir Fried Green Peas Recipe

The look of green peas are deceiving.  It is actually a powerhouse vegetable with lots of vitamin K and manganese

 

Ingredients

1 tsp finely chopped garlic

1 tbsp sesame seed oil

120g honey peas

300g shrimp shelled (omit if there is an allergy)

300g chicken breast cut into strips

3 shiitake mushroom chopped (if you get this dried you soak it with warm water)

3 tbsp cooking oil

Method

1. Sear the honey peas first buy heating up the oil.  Fry it for a minute before removing the peas.  Do not overcook the peas.

2. Remove the peas from the frying pan.  Add in the chopped garlic, sauté it until fragrant.

3. Add the chicken, shrimp and mushroom.  When cooked,  add the honey peas
