Simple Omelet Recipe

Some Nutritional Facts:  Vegetables should  be the main ingredient in any omelet prepared for children. Because of the taste of egg,  we can often encourage and introduce children to vegetables for fiber, chlorophyll, and other minerals critical for their development

 

Ingredients

1 Tomato chopped

10g Spinach chopped

10g chives chopped

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp of cooking oil

2 large egg

(serves more than 2 child)

 

Method

1. Beat the eggs and add the soy sauce. 

2. Heat up cooking oil and lightly fry the combined chopped vegetables until soft

3. Add the egg in and fry until cook
