Simple Noodles Recipe

Some Nutritional Facts:  Noodles is always fun for the Children.  This is a fun food

 

Ingredients

1 Tomato chopped

12g Spinach chopped

8g chives chopped

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp of cooking oil

2 large egg

1 packet of noodles (15g dried)

(serves more than 2 child)

 

Method

1. Boil a pot of water and add the noodle in.  Let it cook until the noodle is soft.  Drain the noodles and add a bit of oil to moist the noodles.  Some noodles need to be washed with cold water to stop it from cooking further once it is soft.  Otherwise the noodle becomes soggy.

2. Beat the eggs and add the soy sauce. 

3. Heat up cooking oil and lightly fry until the egg is cooked.

4. Add in the vegetables.

5. Add the noodles last.  Cut the noodles if the child is too young.
