Deep Fried Okra Recipe

Some Nutritional Facts:  Okra is rich in vitamins A, B, C, folic acid, riboflavin, calcium. zinc and high in fiber.  Besides that it also has pro-biotic  which helps with the propagation of good bacteria.

 

Ingredients

4 okra

1 tbsp whole meal wheat flour

1 tsp of chicken stock granules

4 tbsp oil

 

Method

1. mix the flour and the chicken stock granules.  Cut the okra into 2 and remove the seeds.

2. Dip the tofu into the flour mixture.  Put it in the fridge for half an hour.

3. Fry the battered okra pieces and let it cool down.
