Mushroom and Millet Meal (Oriental Style)

Some Nutritional Facts:  Fresh Mushroom is another super food packed with good bacteria and vitamins.  Choose the freshest mushroom.  There are many types of mushrooms which can be used.  Popular ones include Shiitake or Eryngii.

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup Millet (White or Fragrant Rice is also OK)

10g of mushroom (you can use one or both)

1 tsp roasted sesame

1 cup water

 

 

 

Method

1. Cut the mushroom into thin slices. 

2. Put millet and water in a bowl with the thinly the sliced mushroom. Steam it for 30 minutes.  When millet is cooked, garnish with the roasted sesame
