Ham and arrowroot recipe

Some Nutritional Facts:  Arrowroot contains calcium and would be good for pregnant women to have as a source of calcium.  Since it can be digested easily,  arrowroot is also good as toddler's food.

 

Ingredients

4 small arrowroot

1 piece of ham

 

Method

1.Slice the arrowroot into thin slices in a small plate. 

2. Place the ham on top of the arrowroot.

3. Steam for 20 minutes.
