Stir fried Green Beet Recipe

Some Nutritional Facts:  Green Beets are the leaves of beet-root.  Contrary to believes,  it is the green beets that are packed with Iron.  Not only is this simple to cook,  it is also packed with nutrition.

 

 

Ingredients

1 big bunch of green beet chopped into small pieces

1 onion onion chopped

1 clove of garlic chopped

a dash of paprika.

1 tsp of cooking oil

salt to taste

 

Method

1. Heat up the cooking oil and slowly fry the onions and garlic until fragrant

2. Add in the chopped green beets and quickly fry it.

3. Add the dash of paprika and salt to taste.
