Colorful Steamed Egg Recipe

Some Nutritional Facts:  Spinach is rich in calcium, iron and vitamins.  It also helps in digestion

 

Ingredients

2 egg

1 carrot grated

100g spinach

1 cup soy milk

salt to taste

 

Method

1. Beat the eggs in a steaming bowl.

2. Add double the amount of combination between soy milk and water.

3. Chop the spinach and add in the carrots into steaming bowl.

4. steam for 15 minutes
