Soy Beans Chicken Recipe |

Some Nutritional Facts:Soy is very rich in protein and linoleic acid. This elements are essential to the development of the baby especially in tender age. Ingredients 15 chicken breast meat (to be minced; can use other types of meats like pork or beef) 1 tbsp non GMO Soy Beans (Organic would be even better) 1 carrot 1 tbsp green peas 1 tbsp soya bean milk (no sugar added) 1 tbsp corn starch (optional) 1 egg 1 tsp of cooking oil salt to taste
Method 1. Presoak the soy beans for about 8 hours until it is soft. Remove the skin of the beans and chop it well. 2. Heat the oil and slightly fry the mince meat until cook. Add the soy milk, soy beans, carrot, and green peas and let it simmer until cook. 3. Beat the egg and pour into pot. Stir it well. Lastly, add the corn starch to thicken the sauce.
