Amaranth and Red Lentil Recipe |

Some Nutritional Facts: Amaranth is a very healthy and complete grain. Not only is it very nutritious, it is also very easy to cook. Amaranth is high in protein, iron and calcium. Red Lentils are also high in Folic Acids and Protein.
Ingredients 15g chicken breast meat 1 cup amaranth 5 fresh shiitake mushrooms. Can be replaced with normal button mushroom 1 tbsp red lentils 1 tbig tomato chopped 1 small onion chopped 1 tsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp of cooking oil light soy sauce to taste
Method 1. Lightly fry the garlic and onions until fragrant. Add the breast meat, tomato, amaranth and mushroom. Fry under low heat for a minute and add lentils and 1.5 cups of water. 2. Steam it for 15 minutes |
