Watercress Soup Recipe |

Some Nutritional Facts: Watercress vegetable is another wonderful vegetable with a very fragrant smell and taste. It is also packed with vitamins and minerals, ranging from vitamins A, B, C and K. It is also a good supplement for Iron, Calcium and Potassium. Again, this is a recommended vegetable for cancer recovery. As you can see, the soup itself will be an excellent start for your child. The sweet and bitter almond seeds are high in vitamin C.
Ingredients 600g watercress 300g spareribs (optional) 10 red dates 2 tbsp dried wolfberry 25g sweet and bitter apricot seeds.
Method 1. Boil 5 cups of water and add pork ribs into boil water. Let the soup boil for at least 3 hours. Add chopped up watercress, red dates, and apricot seeds and wolfberry into soup. Continue to boil for 1 hour. Add salt to taste. |
