Turnip Soup Recipe

Some Nutritional Facts:  Turnips are good in soup.  This is a very good introduction to roots and vegetables.  The soup is very nutritious and simply delicious.  the walnuts will act to nourish the brains

 

Ingredients

1 medium size turnip

2 carrots cut into small squares

3 potatoes cut into small squares

10 walnuts

250g spare ribs

 

 

 

Method

1. Boil 5 cups of water and add pork ribs into boil water.  Let the soup boil for at least 3 hours.  Add chopped up turnips, carrots and potatoes into soup.  Continue to boil for 1 hour.  Add salt to taste.
