Soy Milk and Chestnut Soup Recipe |

Some Nutritional Facts: Another nut that is not only delicious but also healthy. It is very high in phosphorus and iron. Apart from that , Chestnut also is a wonderful vitamin B supplement.
Ingredients 225g chestnut nuts washed 8 pitted dried red dates or pitted dried honey dates. (soak it) 3 tbsp molasses 4 cups of soy milk unsweetened
Method
1. Boil the chestnut for about 10
minutes before baking it in the oven for about half an hour at 100C. 3. Bring 2 cups of water to boil and add the dates into the boiling water. Add the paste and the rest of the milk. 4. Add the molasses for taste |
