Miso and Asparagus Soup Recipe

Some Nutritional Facts:  Miso is very high in antioxidants, and is full of minerals like zinc and copper.  Asparagus has also a vegetable taste and is very good introduction to vegetables to get children use to vegetables.  Miso, being predominantly made from soy, is also high in protein.

 

Ingredients

3 Tbsp white miso big onion cup

8 asparagus

1 onion

1 pot of water

1 chicken rib cage to make the stock

 

Method

1. Put the chicken rib cage, asparagus and onions in the pot.  Let it boil for 2 to 3 hours.

2. Add in the miso.
