Gingko Nut Soup Recipe |

Some Nutritional Facts: Gingko Nut is very useful to strengthen the lungs and kidneys. This is an excellent health supplement if your child has a cough or relieves asthma and reduced inflammation. Do take not to take too much of it. For a child of under 6, take about 3 to 4 gingko nuts at a day.
Ingredients 160g bean curd sheets 30g gingko nuts (removed from shell) 30g barley 3 tbsp molasses
Method 1. Boil 5 cups of water and add the bean curd sheets, gingko nuts and barley into pot. Let it simmer for about an hour until the bean curd sheet is fully dissolved. Continue to boil to thicken the soup. Add the mollases and bring to boil.
