Egg and Kelp Soup Recipe

Some Nutritional Facts:  Kelp is high in anti-oxidants and has a very good supply of DHA for the intelligence development of the child.  Apart from that it is also delicious.

 

 

Ingredients

1 tsp dried kelp

1 carrot

1/2 small turnip

1 egg

salt to taste

 

Method

1. Boil the carrot and turnip until soft.  Reduce the water until 1 bowl.  Remove the turnip and carrot and blend it together.  Combine it back to the broth.  Add the kelp and and egg.  Stir the soup.
