Dried Wolfberry Soup Recipe

Some Nutritional Facts:  Wolfberry strengthens the body and will help boost immunity.  It also aids in improving vision and eyesight.

 

 

Ingredients

1 tbsp wolfberry

1 carrot shredded

25g minced pork

1 egg

3 tbsp corn starch

3 cups of chicken stock

1 tbsp sesame seed oil

1 silken tofu cut into small squares

soy sauce to taste

 

Method

1. Mix the wolfberry, carrot, mince pork, egg, corn starch and sesame seed oil into a mixing bowl. Mix well and shape into balls.

2. Heat up the stock and add the balls into the boiling stock.  Add the silken tofu

3. Add soy sauce to taste
