Apple & Pear Soup Recipe

Some Nutritional Facts:  When apples and pears are not sweet in taste, do not discard them,  cook them for best results.  Cooked apple and pears soups are very effective remedy for sour throats or tightness in throats. 

 

Ingredients

2 Red Apples

2 big yellow pears

1 Australian Carrot

10g Rock sugar or 3 Tbsp of Molasses

10 water chestnut

 

Method

1. Add all ingredients (except for sugar or molasses) into a cooking pot and let it boil for 3 hours.

2. Add the sugar or molasses.
