Pets n kids, am I a sucker for punishment? Well as I always say, its worth it. Hear me out first!
It all started with our neighbour had a litter of puppies. Every single day, at least 3 times a day, my kid will badger me to take them to the neighbour’s to look at the litter of 7 cute puppies. Our kind neighbour offered to give us one, only if mummy agreed. You can guess the rest of that story. Did i ever get an earful about all the benefits of having a puppy. Anyway, I finally caved in and we got Snowy. A white little puppy with a black patch on the eye. Actually, I fell in love with Snowy too. That’s my confession. It does bring back memories of when I was a kid, our fun with pets. So, here are some of the benefits of having a pet.
1. We can teach children to love animals and be compassionate about them
2. Not be afraid of dogs.
3. Responsibility of owning a pet has many many lessons
4. Organic leftover solution - just kidding well maybe not. Unless the food is too salty I guess
