For some, Sleeping through the night is synonymous with mythical creatures like the Unicorn. You only ever hear about it and have read about it.
At some point, all of us want to get there, ther promised land of sleeping through the night. Here are some of the things I do or recommend. Generally they are common sense but sometimes you never think about it.
1. Make sure your baby is protected from those pesky mossies(mosquitoes) or any other vicious biting incests
2. Try to make the room airy and well ventilated. Your child should be tightly tucked in
3. Keep the lighting in the room to as minimum as possible.
4. Make sure the diapers you wear for the night will last the night.
5. Make sure the pyjamas are nice and loose. Tight jeans and Baby Tees are not recommended even if you are able to find them in baby size.
6. Burning Lavender Oil can also help to relax and make baby sleep better. It also keeps insects away.
