Bottle feeding

As I was saying, I start introducing the oat milk into the breast milk, starting with, say,

by putting 1/8 of oat milk, and 7/8 of breast milk. I get the baby sitter to do this, since my child only drinks from the bottle (with breast milk), while I work.

I do this for feeding sessions while I am at work only, for about a week. When I am around at night or during weekends, I will go on nursing baby directly. I then increase the portion of the oat milk to breast milk to 2:6, and let the child drink for about a week. So I slowly increase the oat milk until the entire bottle is only oat milk. That is, I am slowly converting my baby from ‘breast bottle feeding’ to ‘oat milk bottle feeding’.

To be continued tomorrow…
