Nursing baby brings a lot of enjoyment to the mother. It is always better to give than to receive. This applies to breastfeeding as well.
When we are breastfeeding, we are obviously giving a lot to our baby. We give our time, our essential nutrients, our body, etc to our baby. But the returns that we get is unimaginable. The happiness in our baby’s face when they know they are about to nurse makes all those ‘giving’ worth it. The satisfaction in their face after they nurse is amazing. You can see the serenity and contentment in their faces as they sleep after being nursed and satisfied. It such a blessing to be able to be so instrumental in our baby’s life. Why would I substitute myself with a bottle? No way.
