Expressing breast milk - too much work?

The other common reason for working moms to not breastfeed is that they find that expressing breast milk involves too much work. I find that, as with a lot of things, once we’re used to doing it, we don’t find it to be so troublesome anymore, it becomes part of our life. We will just automatically check the time, and go to our designated location to express breast milk. It really doesn’t involve too much work except that we have to our the pumps and bottles, which doesn’t take that long, actually. The only inconvenience is that our time is not very flexible, and some time management is required.

It sometimes also mean that we have to work later or take our work back home to complete, because we spent some of our working time expressing breast milk. It could also mean that we have less time to socialize during lunch, etc. But I think this is all worth it.
