Working moms - how to increase breast milk - to reduce stress

Of course, the other important ingredient to having more breast milk is to have more milk is to have more rest and less stress. Both of which is very hard to maintain as a working mom.

Working moms don’t get to have an afternoon nap, or sleep whenever the baby sleeps during the day. They also have an added dimension of stress that comes from work. One of the ways to get around this problem is to try to sleep as early as possible at night, this really helps to rejuvenate your body faster. Also, if possible, try to eliminate as much stress as possible by thinking positive, and choosing the battle to fight. One of the ways to reduce stress is to know how to manage them. If we keep ourselves focused on things that will build us up rather than tear us down, then we will not have time to get stressed about little things. Finding a job that is less stressful is also very helpful, if that is possible. If our main priority is our family and children, then we will naturally choose working environment that will suit our priority, and that will definitely reduce a lot of stress. Workplace stress should not be taken lightly. It can cause our body and family to suffer.
